AI integrations and OAuth connections

When you connect TheAffs to ChatGPT or another approved AI client, TheAffs uses OAuth to confirm your identity and limit the client to the permissions you approve. The ChatGPT integration requests read-only access and cannot modify products, team membership, settings, or API keys.

TheAffs sends only the data needed to answer an authorized tool request. Visitor results exclude raw IP addresses, customer names and email addresses, and payment-provider identifiers. Tool arguments, OAuth consent, token metadata, and standard security logs may be processed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the connection.

Data sent to an AI client is also governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time from TheAffs or the AI client; revoked credentials can no longer access TheAffs.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
