Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on TheAffs platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • • Attempt to reverse engineer any software
  • • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

Affiliate Program Terms

Eligibility

To participate in our affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Commission Structure

Commission rates are determined by individual brand partnerships and will be clearly communicated in your affiliate dashboard.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed according to the schedule specified in your affiliate agreement. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Engage in click fraud or artificially inflate metrics
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Misrepresent your relationship with brands

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

TheAffs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
